The challenge
On has grown rapidly into a world-leading performance brand and its sustainability efforts have had to keep pace. With a growing team and an expanding remit, the sustainability team needed to better define its own mission, create a thriving team culture, and develop processes for working together and with the rest of the business to deliver On’s impact potential.

We interviewed best-in-class high performing teams, and created case studies to stretch the team’s thinking and stimulate ideas. -

We conducted anonymous team-wide surveys and leadership interviews to get honest and objective insights into where the biggest challenges existed.

We delivered multiple in-person sessions that kept all team members engaged and actively participating. Every element was designed not just to co-create solutions, but build trust and facilitate collaboration between the team.
Our solution
The sessions enabled the team to identify challenges, define shared ways of working and co-design processes that support efficiency, clarity and cross functional alignment. By combining deep listening with intentional design, we helped lay the foundations for a more integrated, empowered sustainability function that can lead with confidence and deliver with focus.
